At Apostille Solutions, we specialise in translating documents specifically for use in legalisation processes.
Whether you need an apostille from the FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office) or embassy attestation, we ensure that your documents are translated accurately, formatted correctly, and certified in compliance with official requirements.
Here are answers to common questions about translation services.
We handle a wide range of documents — from personal papers to complex corporate files. Common requests include academic certificates, transcripts, birth and marriage certificates, contracts, medical reports, and business correspondence.
Whether it’s for legal, academic, or professional use, our certified translators ensure your documents are accurate and accepted internationally. If you’re unsure whether your document can be translated, simply contact us and we’ll confirm.
In most cases, no. For translation, a clear scanned copy or PDF is usually sufficient — we don’t need the physical original to produce an accurate translation. This makes the process faster and easier, as you can simply upload your files when requesting a quote.
For certified translations (e.g. for embassies, courts, or universities), you’ll receive a stamped and signed hard copy of the translation. However, we still usually don’t need your original — just a high-quality scan.
You’ll first receive a digital copy by email for quick review. If you’ve ordered a certified translation, you’ll also receive a scanned copy of the signed and stamped document before the physical version is dispatched.
The certified hard copy is then sent by post or courier, giving you both speed (digital delivery) and official compliance (physical copy).
Yes. All translations are carried out by professional linguists and can be certified for official use. They’re accepted by universities, courts, embassies, and government authorities worldwide.
If your case requires legalisation or additional certification (such as an apostille), we can manage that process for you too.
Turnaround depends on the length, language, and complexity of the document. Short documents are often completed within 1–2 working days, while larger or more technical projects may take longer.
We also offer express services for urgent translations. When you request a quote, we’ll provide a clear timeframe upfront.
Yes. All translations are quoted individually to ensure you receive the best possible rate.
Requesting a quote is completely free — simply upload your documents and we’ll get back to you promptly.
We offer bundle pricing for academic documents.
For larger orders or special cases, email us and we’ll be happy to discuss options. For all other document types, our pricing is transparent and fixed.
We offer translations in over 100 languages, including all major European, Middle Eastern, and Asian languages. From Spanish, French, and German to Arabic, Chinese, and Russian — our network of certified translators can handle a wide range of requests.
For less common languages, just send us your files and we’ll confirm availability and provide a tailored quote.
