Here are answers to common questions about translation services.
We handle a wide range of documents, from personal papers to complex corporate files. Common requests include academic certificates, transcripts, birth and marriage certificates, contracts, medical reports, and business correspondence.
Whether it’s for legal, academic, or professional use, our certified translators ensure your documents are accurate and accepted internationally. If you’re unsure whether your document can be translated, simply contact us and we’ll confirm.
In most cases, no. For translation, a clear scanned copy or PDF of your document is usually sufficient – we don’t need the physical original to produce an accurate translation. This makes the process faster and easier, as you can simply upload your files when requesting a quote.
However, if you require a certified translation for official purposes (such as submission to an embassy, court, or university), the translated document itself will be printed, signed, and stamped by our translator or agency. In those cases, you’ll receive the certified translation as a hard copy, but we still usually don’t need your original – just a good-quality scan.
For most translation projects, you’ll first receive a digital copy of your completed translation by email. This allows you to review the work quickly and request any adjustments if needed. Throughout the process, we can also share drafts for your feedback, especially for complex or technical documents.
If you’ve ordered a certified translation, you’ll always receive a scanned copy of the final certified document by email before it’s dispatched. The signed and stamped hard copy will then be sent to you by post or courier, depending on your preference and location. This means you get the benefit of both speed (digital delivery) and official compliance (physical certified copy).
Yes. We provide certified translations carried out by professional linguists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards. Our translations are accepted by universities, courts, embassies, and government authorities around the world. If your case requires legalisation or additional certification alongside translation, we can manage that process for you as well.
Turnaround time depends on the length, language, and complexity of your document. Short documents can often be completed within 1–2 working days, while larger or more technical projects may take longer.
We also offer express translation services when speed is critical. When you request a quote, we’ll provide a clear timeframe so you know exactly when to expect your translation.
