Qatar Embassy Attestation is the process of verifying UK-issued documents so they are legally recognised in Qatar. The attestation confirms the authenticity of seals and signatures on official documents and is required for purposes such as employment, higher education, visas, business setup, or family matters.
Documents are typically first Apostilled by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) before being attested by the Embassy of the State of Qatar in London.
First, confirm whether your documents need solicitor certification, whether the originals are required, and ensure they meet all submission requirements — for example, that they’re not laminated and correctly formatted. You can get this checked through a free consultation with us, and once your documents arrive, our team double-checks everything to make sure they’re ready for legalisation.
Once your documents are prepared, we submit them to the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) for Apostille. If solicitor certification is required, we handle that step first before sending them on to the FCDO.
After receiving your documents back with the Apostille, we prepare and submit them to the Qatar Embassy in London. The Embassy then carries out its attestation process to validate the documents.
When the attestation is complete, we receive your fully legalised documents back, now bearing both the UK Apostille stamp and the Qatar Embassy attestation stamp. We then securely return the finalised documents to you.
