Legalising a Certificate of No Impediment involves attaching an apostille to the original document issued by the local register office.
Accepted format:
• Original document only, signed in wet ink by the registrar.
Solicitor-certified copies are not accepted, and Certificates of No Impediment are not eligible for e-apostille.
Once we receive the original document, we arrange legalisation through the FCDO and return it securely.
