Next Steps To Fulfil Your Order
NOTE: Please refer to your email for instructions regarding E-Apostille and E-Certification. These instructions are for physical services only.
Step 1 - E-mail a scan copy of the document to us
Please send a scan copy of each document you are sending us to [email protected] and mention your name and order number in the subject line.
By sending us a scan copy of the document, we can verify it whilst we are waiting to receive it and if there are any issues, we can let you know and resolve them as quickly as possible.
Step 2 - Post the documents to us
Please post your documents to the following address:

Please ensure you post the documents via Special Delivery if you are using Royal Mail. Once you have posted the documents, please send an email to [email protected] with the tracking number. It will make it easier for us to chase up your post if it is delayed if we have this information in advance.
Please also include a copy of your order form that you would have received in your emails. Please check your spam if you can’t find it.
Step 3 - Sit back, relax and let us take care of the rest
We will process your order according to the service you have requested and we will provide you with updates along the way. You can expect the following timeframes for the completion of your order depending on the service you have chosen:
Standard Service: 3-5 working days from the day we receive the documents.
Same Day Service: If documents reach us before 10 am we will process the order the same day, if not then it will be processed the following working day.
